Pemberley Properties, LLC was formed in 2005 by Ken Mooney, a lifelong Atlanta resident. Ken has a legal background, graduating from Emory Law school with honors in 1998 and practicing law with Atlanta law firm Smith, Gambrell and Russell, LLP for seven years as a corporate attorney prior to forming Pemberley Properties.
Working at a top Atlanta law firm provided Ken with extensive project management experience and instilled in him a focus on excellent client service and attention to detail that forms the foundation of the business philosophy at Pemberley. Ken works directly with all of Pemberley’s clients to ensure that their expectations are met or exceeded. From working on project design, to coordinating the owners on all of their selections, to ensuring that their vision for the project is achieved, Ken is the primary contact for Pemberley clients throughout the construction process.
Day-to-day project management is overseen by Raymond Nintiwe, a career builder with a construction management degree from Georgia State University.
Raymond’s experience, attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and close supervision are invaluable to the success of each Pemberley project.
